Impromptu jungle gym session leaves grizzly bear trio tired...

These three acrobatic Russian bears might be in need of an afternoon nap after working up a sweat during an impromptu jungle gym session.

The fun-loving brown bears were snapped practising a series of squats and lunges in their enclosure located in Kamchatka Peninsula, Russia.

However they could have easily been performing the Village People's world famous YMCA dance routine.

Watching intently from the side of the pool, it doesn't take long for the enclosure's two young cubs to follow their mother's lead and take a dip in the water.

Despite initially appearing slightly hesitant about getting wet, the young brood soon conquer their fears and begin to start enjoying themselves.

All three family members returned to the water for more games later on in the evening where they began playing with an inflatable ball.

However, the fun was short-lived when they managed to burst it with their sharp claws.

The Kamchatka brown bear is known to be quite timid compared to its Siberian counterpart, and is not generally considered dangerous to humans.

There are currently thought to be an estimated 14,000 brown bears in the Russia's Kamchatka Peninsula, where they remain a target for hunters.
