It broke and we never bothered repairing it.

I always put the roll on the holder as in the first picture.

Then lick it clean we dont have a sink either -cries- (saves tears in bottle to drink later)

My flatmates always do the third one. How bloody difficult is it to change a toilet roll!? Frustrating. Anyway I do it accidentally, so whether it runs over or under is by chance. But I do prefer the roll do go down the back side (no dirty jokes please - the 2nd one), it looks neater.
