How Many Playlists do you have/use
 

How many playlists do y'all have and how many do you actually use, if, at all


I only normally make them when a new album comes out and I just want to listen to it through, so atm I've got the default Recently Added & 25 Most played and the ones I made are "Roman Reloaded" & "Marina"

that doesnt even make sense why make a playlist of an album when you can just listen to the album :x

because it's easier to listen to just the album songs, if i didn't have a playlist it'd start playing other songs :hmph:

Just the one, delete it and make a new one when I get bored of it

no you just put 'roman reloaded' in the search bar then only that album will play

I have so much crap on my iPod/iTunes, it's easier to just make a new playlist for that artist/album/whatever. Navigating iTunes by clicking on an artists' playlist is quicker than scrolling through all my music anyway.

"Summer Playlist" and "Whip Music"

There's a reason to it though: I listen to music on Spotify and you can't really view a full library of albums and songs you have on your account. Because of that I organise songs/albums into a bunch of different playlists.

Like, any artist I listen to with 2 albums or more, gets put in a playlist with just their name. Anyone who only has one album, or I only listen to one album of theirs, gets put in a playlist with the name of that album as the title. Then all singles, and random songs I like I put in a playlist called 'Everything Else' so I don't have to go searching for them all the time.

Then I sort them out so that all the playlists just named after the singer are at the top, then the single album ones after that, and then 'Everything Else' at the bottom.

tbf thats because I used to have my iPod playing overnight and did for years so that eventually added up and got to over 1000 plays, LOL. I made a new last.fm which has accurate plays because before it made me look like I was just cheating plays, but the playlist has around 50 songs in it :joker: I listened to each about 500 though, I played them a LOT.
