Falling asleep and waking up confused of the time
Anyone get this? Either you have a nap through choice, or just genuinely fall asleep for a while, and when you wake up you have absolutely no idea what time or day it is, how long you've been asleep, when you fell asleep, what's going on etc?
Just happened to me. Must've fallen asleep a couple of hours ago because I was that tired, woke up about half an hour ago and I genuinely believed it was tomorrow morning, and it felt like I'd been asleep for so long. Surreal. |
Only when im ill really, i fell asleep once and woke up what felt like it was hours later and that it must be the early hours, but i'd only been asleep an hour + half :suspect:

Yeah I've done it a couple of times, once woke up in the evening and started getting ready for school

This happened once to me recently. I fell asleep at about 1am without meaning to, then I woke up and thought it was about 6am in the morning because it just felt like that; I had a dream whilst I was asleep that lasted for what felt like ages. Turned out though I was only asleep for an hour and it was 2am when I woke up

Yeah! Its well odd. Last Tuessday I think it was I came home from school at 2pm and fell asleep and woke up at 11:30pm and was confused as **** :joker:

I hate this lmao I always jump out of bed
|
If I fall asleep during the day, when I wake up I can't convince myself it's not the next day.

Only really happens when drunk... usually because I wake up in odd places. Flatmate's bed, the floor, club floor, a bench...
|
iv done this a few times
the real head funk ones when you wake up and dont know where you are. |
I actually love the feeling when you're initially confused, it feels like a total mind****.
