Lots of salt

If they're fast food chips I'll eat them with anything, fries from supermarkets I must have mayo, if they're chip shop have to have vinegar, if they're those nasty fat oven chips that taste like crap then I'll pass and eat something else.

Mayonnaise or ketchup. When I buy McDonalds, I do put a few chips inside my McFlurry, too. I'm pretty tolerant to chips on its own, though - it's just anything brightens them up. My favourite have to be salt and pepper chips you get from Chinese. Simply fantastic, them.
