The Guardian is just as bad. If you go on the Guardian comments section, they have just as many ignorant people. BBC News is good though. The UK is like the US, you guys have extremes at both ends, and then you have something in the middle. That's how i feel about MSNBC, FOX, and CNN.

FOX News = Daily Mail
MSNBC = Guardian
CNN = BBC News

I try to stick to CNN/BBC as much as possible, but i have to admit, the more extremes are more fun.

All they seem to do is print stories featuring Z-Listers or have stories criticising peoples weight or the clothes they are wearing:bored:.

They did a story criticising Coleen Rooney for yawning while on holiday in Las Vegas, she was doing no harm and surely there are more important issues to write about?:joker:

Who was that directed at? given that I just posted MTVN - perhaps I should point out the obvious - the 'ouch' was in response to the poster that I quoted - in that it was a rather stinging comment to make.

And the only reason for that is because of the very sidebar displayed in the OP of this thread. Articles about female celebrities and other aspects of popular culture which are full of 'pretty pictures' which pander to the thick, along with headlines and captions which are designed to stir up nothing but vitriol for the most pathetic of reasons. And then a comments section which can only be described as a shower of morons basking in their own bigoted, ignorant, reactionary tripe.

I actually saw an article on there last week about Britney Spears biting her nails, including pictures of her fingers bleeding. Just garbage.
