Just caught the trailer for Revenge which is apparently pretty big in America. Anyone seen any of this? The trailer looks kind of epic and it attempts to fill the Desperate Housewives void (it's even moved into DH's old Sunday 9pm slot in america). So yeah, anyone going to tune in?

Definately looks good. I'm getting bored of the usual cop and medical shows so anything that's not that has potential in my eyes. Excluding Glee. Yuck.

A good new comedy in the style of Scrubs would also be good.

Some excellent shows have come from the US. The Bitch.in Apartment.23 is epic. But Im straying off topic, sorry. So who is in this Revenge then? Apart from Emily?

Madeline Stowe is the only other name I really recognise but it looks good nonetheless. Bitch in apartment 23? That rings a bell. Is it new? 666 Park Avenue also looks promising.

Might give it a go although hopefully not too Desperate Housewifey.

Emily's fiancee has either shot someone dead or been shot at their engagement party.. now we've got a '5 months ago' setup

Just read this. The flashbacks make sense now:

Emily, the woman who just moved into the beach house is getting revenge on the people who live in the big house I think. Her living there [where she lived when she was a kid] is all part of the plan. Hence the flashbacks, she's remembering things that happened when she was there as a kid. Not sure how the man being shot in the beginning is relevant.

I hope the flashbacks aren't a regular device.
I don't see how this could be stretched out for several seasons though. Then again, I thought the same about Lost.

It's been picked up for season 2 already. Not sure how they'd carry it on once emily finally got her revenge.

I'm liking it.. but I'm a tad confused.

I liked the "I hope your husband is feeling better". lol

I'm a bit confused still (who was the guy who recognised her?) but I'm told it gets better and the twists are good. Definitely give it a chance. Knowing E4 I'll have 500 more opportunities to watch the pilot again.
