Depends how hot it is, I usually start off with a 30 when I'm on holiday and switch to 15 after a week or so

30-50. My skin is so weak so I don't take chances.

I usually opt for a 15 (when I can be bothered to in the UK).

Same on holiday but sometimes I'll go with a 30 if it's exceptionally hot or if I've been burnt the previous few days.

My make up has 15 in it..

I'm fair skinned, get a nice tan if I'm careful, but do burn easily, so factor 30 for me.

Today I used factor 4, because thats all my local shop had in :laugh: Didnt even seem much point of putting it on really
