Channel 5 embraces classic Big Brother series on Facebook page

On the official Big Brother Facebook page they have begun to list all the past series as Timeline Milestones, detailing some of the main events of each series.

Does this mean Channel 5 does care about the show and it's history after all? It's a pretty nice gesture anyway.

It's a positive step.

Though you can now see where they've nicked all the twists from.

Shanna 31-05-2012 12:18 PM

Ahh yeah, have just seen it updated on my own feed :)

Thats exactly what i just said.

The official facebook page doesnt have these clips. Its the fan page that has them so its not Channel 5 acknowledging previous series.

The official fb page doesn't have old clips but they do talk about major events which happened in each series, so they are acknowledging it. Scroll down the timeline.

Ryan. 31-05-2012 01:16 PM

I never talked about clips Daniel? Don't always assume your right and everyone else is wrong :P

I was talking about the Timeline events for each series.

They can hardly not acknowledge previous series when the only guest they can get on their shows are ex housemates.

Jarrod 31-05-2012 01:53 PM

I'm happy that they're doing this. At least it proves they remember the past ect.

Odd that they're calling it "Classic Big Brother"

Raph 31-05-2012 02:29 PM

That brought a smile to my face - especially upon clicking on the 2008 bit of the timeline. Good on Channel 5 for doing that :)

Flamingjoe 31-05-2012 03:24 PM

The stuff they wrote isn't very good. They said that Kinga came third in Big Brother 6, but she actually came fourth.

Marsh. 31-05-2012 03:47 PM

Every time I see that tagline "Let the Fun and Games Begin" I can hear Brian stupidly bellowing it. :bored:
