Bo Bruce doing better than Leanne Mitchell in the charts (Currently at #2)
 

The Voice victor Leanne Mitchell's winners song - her cover of Run To You - is currently at #21 in the iTunes Singles Chart

However, Bo Bruce's five-track EP 'Search The Night' - which was first released in 2010 - is currently sitting at #8 in the iTunes Albums Chart

Not sure if it'll count in the UK charts since apparently EPs have to be longer than 25 minutes or 4+ songs to qualify... the EP has 5 tracks, but only around 21 minutes :/

Makes zero sense if true. The shortness is what defines an EP.

Leanne had an amazing voice, no question about that but I would never buy or choose to listen to her kind of stuff. Bo would be much more my cup of tea

I get the feeling the older viewers voted in their droves for Leanne because she's quite nice and lovely and had the strongest voice, but she's never going to be particularly commercially viable.

:joker: Shaun,I was in a cafe today and some older women were sitting there chatting about the Voice, 2 of them said they had voted for Leanne because they liked Tom Jones and had most of his records.
They then added,she,(Leanne), was okay but nothing special,it wouldn't surprise me if a great deal of that going on determined the result too.

They are both amazing singers but Bo is more current so I'm not surprised shes doing better in the charts.
