Just the kind of thing I used to like listening to on live feed, the more deep, intellectual conversations. So what am I greeted by when I click on the link? A picture and a little description...yeah, because that's really helpful. And how much of this will we see on the highlights show? A minute, if that.

I am so fed up of these piss poor 'updates'. Totally useless.

Sorry to be a bit of a party pooper, but these threads are just so POINTLESS! Bottom line is C4 didnt want to do it any more, luckily C5 took it on otherwise it would be consigned to the great graveyard of great TV programmes which are no more. Okay its not done how it used to be, in all honestly I never found live feed particularly entertaining....a...I didnt have hours on end to watch it...b....the bird twittering did my head in....c... its not the end of the world that its not live anymore, so reality check please, if you dont like it then turn off its that simple.

No one's suggesting they sit and watch it 24/7 but the option to dip in and out as you please was there so you could catch the interesting parts.
Channel 5 could script the entire thing and the audience would be none the wiser at this stage.

I didn't even care about no LF last series, but for some reason this series I am extremely bothered that we don't have it. I guess because it's summer.

No, it really isnt simple.

Big Brother is a reality TV show, and Channel 5 think its appropriate to turn it into a 'entertainment' programme. The whole point of the Live Feed is that it fits in with the main concept of the show, people living in a house, and were supposed to see them live their lives inside the house. But we're not though, are we? to me the whole point in the show is gone, for all we know they could be actors and they could be filming bedroom scenes at night then hopping over to the local travelodge, you just don't know. Yeah no ones gonna watch it 24/7 but i liked to dip in and out once in a while, specially at night!

It pisses me off to see that a show i loved is going down the drain. Channel 5 (and endemol) really had an opportunity to bring BB back to its glory days, but they've taken something which never needed changing and wrecked it.

We have to face it, it will never be as good as BB on Channel 4 (however i do think Celebrity Big Brother is so much better on C5) Davina is gone (and brian is ****) live feed is gone and we cant do anything about it.

We just have to continue to watch Channel 5 bang this nail into the coffin for the next 2 years. And when it finally gets laid to rest, they will have nobody but themseleves to blame.

(i do see CBB being around for a while, though. which i dont mind at all)

It could be editted more intelligently, some like the debates and some like arse wiggling....even if its a compleatly different show on at 4am...I don't care just lets see a more chilled discussion type BB now and again. Some will say BORING ... I don't care.

in the words of Siavash, it is what it is.... its changed, its moved on...sorry and all that but thats how it is, and it really is that simple if you dont like the C5 format then stop watching.... if it was a money spinner C4 would still be doing it...year on year viewing dropped .. that really is the bottom line...C5 are not going to go all out and splash the cash on live feed with round the clock personnel to load up the bird twitter when needed, its time to get your head round it, its not going to happen. (oh and by the way I dont own a high horse, so its a bit difficult to get off it).:hugesmile:

Last year the updates we're so much better the twiiter feed was 24/7 and they uploade longer videos every hour.

Why should we just accept what C5 are giving us? If they're doing things differently, fair enough, but people here are allowed their say and if they are annoyed by lack of live feed they should be entitled to complain and not have to "stop watching".

Agreed Doodle:thumbs2:, but this is not the first BB on C5 without live feed so it is getting a little tedious to keep banging on about it,just my opinion mind maybe people just like being Victor Meldew! , personallyy I would complain directly to C5 as it might have more impact.
