When did you stop ordering Happy Meals at Mcdonald's?

Well? I remember stopping ordering them when I was about 9 or something. :joker: You? Or do you still order them?

Kizzy 13-06-2012 11:38 PM

I still get them for the toy.....Ebay! haha

Doogle 13-06-2012 11:41 PM

I was always a greedy ****. I stopped at like 5, got an "adult" meal and just bought the toy for a quid

Shaun 13-06-2012 11:43 PM

About 11 or 12 I think.

bbfan1991 13-06-2012 11:44 PM

I order an adult happy meal without the toy sometimes if I haven't got enough money for one of the main meals:blush:.

When I found out Santa wasn't real

LemonJam 13-06-2012 11:50 PM

An adult happy meal :suspect: didn't know there was such a thing

Smithy 13-06-2012 11:51 PM

When I was about 7/8. /heffachild

Jack_ 13-06-2012 11:53 PM

About 12/13.

Ugh, now this has made me want a McDonald's. Their fries piss all over anything else.

Callum 13-06-2012 11:53 PM

Still order them sometimes if I'm not feeling hungry enough for the large meal.

Josy 13-06-2012 11:53 PM

Never knew adult happy meals existed either

Shaun 13-06-2012 11:54 PM

I think you pay a bit more and they give you a medium fries/drink... never done it though. I tend to get the same thing - 2 plain hamburgers & a large fries  usually have a drink at home so it's cheap as well.

Black Dagger 13-06-2012 11:57 PM

Double Cheeseburger (I felt fat and got 2 the other day) fries and chocolate milkshake, urgh lush tbh <3.

I think I was about 8 when I stopped having happy meals.

Yeah I used to pay like £2.19 for the burger, fries and small drink but I think they have put the price up a bit now:blush:.

King Gizzard 14-06-2012 12:09 AM

When I realised you get **** all in them

Jack_ 14-06-2012 12:24 AM

I order the same thing each time as well.

Medium (or large sometimes) Chicken McNugget meal with fries and a Strawberry Milkshake, and then a McFlurry on the odd occasion

I'm really boring when it comes to burgers...they have to just be plain so I don't bother in fast food restaurants.

Jordan. 14-06-2012 08:29 AM

When they started to refuse swapping a toy you already had :idc:

-Sue- 14-06-2012 08:57 AM

I still order them lol depends on the freebie..eg love the star wars toys or free glasses etc.. must admit though I can get away with it as I have a kid lol

InOne 14-06-2012 11:39 AM

I tend to keep it real with a large Big Mac meal. Can't go wrong. Used to like the McChicken sandwich loads but doesn't taste as nice as it used to. Really want a McDonalds now as well D:

Niamh. 14-06-2012 11:47 AM

I never remember getting a happy meal, I don't even think there was a McDonalds in Cork till I was past Happy Meal age

Quarter pounder with cheese is the only burger I like from McDonalds, besides the fillet-o-fish, don't know if that counts as a burger though

Bollo 14-06-2012 12:01 PM

I still do occasionally if it's just a quick lunch, sometimes the adult meals are too filling

Jesus. 14-06-2012 12:04 PM

There wasn't a McDonalds near my village growing up, and I was never allowed them as a kid anyway. I can honestly say, that I've never had a happy meal in my life.

I'd much rather have a burger king or a KFC over McD's.
