I think you mean who "gets" voted the hottest girl not who "get" voted hottest girl. These Americans have a lot to answer for for ruining the English language.

The hottest for me is Lauren though I'm more interested in who is the brightest / dimmest girl in the house and who are the biggest deceivers or manipulators in the house
