Was she a deserving winner?

Looking back a few years now was she a perfect BB winner and if not who did you feel was more deserving?

Bluerang1 18-06-2012 04:18 AM

Oh out of the final, yeah. Overall, no.

King Gizzard 18-06-2012 04:21 AM

Airhead who wasn't good at anything really. Not even attractive either.

Callum 18-06-2012 04:22 AM

No, looking back she wasn't. I can't even remember much about her. She was a nice girl but she didn't deserve to win the series. The only stand out housemates from a rather dull series were Noirin, Freddie, Bea and Marcus so one of them four should've won. When you think back to BB10 those are the four that stand out, they might not have been very likeable but in terms of entertainment they should have all been in the final at the very least.

Maia 18-06-2012 05:17 AM

Marcus should've won really, but failing that I did want Siavash to win in the final. Sophie was in my top 3 though.

I wasn't a massive fan of Noirin, usually as a Irishman i cheer on all Irish BB hms but the ego on that girl sort of put her in my bad books plus when her american Bf Issac came in her head grew bigger. Bea will always top my most hated HM list. I still think they both bought a lot to BB10.Freddie and Marcus were great HMs, Freddie been my fav to win once Bea ruined him and he got voted out it really wasn't the same for me. I'd Add Sree to that list of Great HM's yes he was hated on these forums but he did do a lot during his two weeks on the show.

Back to sophie, I think she won cause she was the nicest person left. Along with Anthony for me the most underserving winner in BB's history.I think her saving grace was her fake romance with Kris was ended soon and her dumb drunk act was swallowed up by the public . Plus she faded into the background. She wouldn't even be in the top 50 greatest HM's ever for me. Not good for a BB winner.

She was a good winner, but the best out of a bad bunch. By whole bunch I mean just about the entire cast that season.

Are you serious? The BB10 cast was great IMO.

There were the stars like Marcus, Bea, Noirin, Freddie. Then there was other great gems like Sophia, Cairon, Angel, Sree, and Karly who were all entertaining. Rodrigo, Siavash, and Sophie were great too.

And Sophie was definitely a deserving winner. I didn't find her to be boring in the slightest, she made me laugh the entire series and she was very likable. She was different from your average glamour model. Her winning was the cherry on top of a fantastic series for me. The BB10 final was great, I liked all the finalists by the end of it even if some of them annoyed me during the series.

Sophie is definitely underrated both as a housemate and a winner. I think her "moment" was kinda outshined by the fact that they had just announced at that time BB was being cancelled.

Kizzy 18-06-2012 07:11 AM

I liked sophie she was really very genuine, but I have to say I would have loved freddie to win :)

swinearefine 18-06-2012 09:25 AM

I think overall she was a good winner, especially when you consider she followed the Anthony-Pete-Brian-Rachel streak of dullness. I liked that in between the main dramas surrounding the big characters like Bea, Noirin, Freddie, and Marcus she was there getting drunk and providing comic relief.

Sophiee 18-06-2012 09:37 AM

definitely! my favourite of bb10 :D.

Black Dagger 18-06-2012 09:54 AM

She annoyed me far less than David, Rodrigo, Charlie... all of whom I thought were just awful so in that retrospect she should have won, because even Siavash annoyed me in the last week.

But as a whole series? Just no.

I taught making the final yes but at least three or four Hm's deserved it more. That didn't even make the final. It was a strange year as the The bad guys sort of won, i call it the bleakest BB ever:joker:

Not at all. That house was full of such amazing HMs.................and then Sophie wins :bored:

Still think Freddie should have won but thanks to Bea she really ruined him.

The final 5 should have been..

1. Freddie
2. Marcus
3. noirin
4. siavash
5. Sree:joker:

:nono: Bea is a classic housemate she should have been in the top 4 with Marcus, Freddie and Noirin

Sophie winning was the beginning of the end of BB imo, her and Belo that is.

Flamingjoe 18-06-2012 03:12 PM

BB10 was an amazing series, but the end was ruined by having such a dull winner. As almost everyone else has said; I think Marcus, Freddie, Noirin and Bea should have all reached the final. Sophie winning was a major disappointment.

MeMyselfAndI 18-06-2012 03:15 PM

Defo! She was the best HM in BB10:D
Shes my joint fave HM ever with Aaron & Nikki.
She was easily the most entertaining housemate that series!!

Marcus should of won. End of.

Scotty07 18-06-2012 03:19 PM

aka "I See Dead People Lookalike" wasn't a boring winner, but I absolutely detested her, one of my most hated housemates of all time.:yuk: Wanted Freddie or Marcus to win badly and when they were both out I wanted Siavash to win, the ony one I liked in the final.

..considering she sat back for weeks and did nothing, appeared a few times in the highlight shows and said a few slightly funny things, got in a crap romance - and sat in a group of people that simply bullied Freddie, she wasn't entertaining in the slightest compared to someone like Marcus who literally carried the whole series on his back for the whole duration.
