funny but not quite because to break copyright it has to be exactly the same name I think.

That's how some of these rubbish bands manage to have names for themselves that are almost identical to a really famous band
so conning a lot of fans to buy tickets for them, at least once as they won't go again,
as it's nearly impossible to copyright band names.Just change one letter and you get away with it.
