Not true at all. A threat is a threat and should be taken seriously. It should never GET to the point where it's carried out and it's too late.

He hasn't carried them out thus far, who knows what he is capeable of, that's the point - maybe his threat was empty, maybe he meant it.

Crazier things have happened and clearly a lot of people are offended so something more should be done.
