Cristiano Ronaldo POR -- Mandzukic CRO

Other players who I thought have had a fantastic tournament as well: Pilar CZE, Joao Moutinho POR, Balotelli ITA, Hart ENG, Pepe POR, Blaszczykowski POL, Reus GER

Replace Silva with Gerrard and that would be mine
