why do we hate straight male vanity?
 

all i hear on bbots is how awful the hetrosexual men are and hoe great the women and the gay male is and they love the male who used to be female....its like an audience of pre trained liberalists....all traces of male hetrosexuality must be eradicated

all the women are in the mirrors woring their hair, clothes, make up, shoes, false eyelashes, hair-pieces, false finger nails etc etc all day every day thats fine
scott has to re do his make up ready for nominations thats all great

but when a straight male called aaron looks in a mirror hes arrogant in love with himself up himelf etc etc when luke s asks about the make up and hair extensions hes villified by his nemesis luke a? when connor gets nominated the bbots crowd cant wait to pour poison on his supposed arrogance, he was supposedly amazed? was he?

why are they obsessed with calling the straight males arrogant vein cocky and they say they love themselves and think that theyre good looking etc

why are they so biased against these straight men and why dont they mention the fact the women and the gay housemate scott are far more vein and spend infinitely more time in front of the mirror???

And the girls and Scott arnt exactly vain, just look after their appearance. There is a difference but it comes across quite striking that Arron loves himself. Thats partly the reason people dont like him.

Nothing about him being male (Benedict looked after himself!) and I dont see how sexuality has anything to do with it.

No one thinks their arrogance stems from their appearance. They're arrogant and hated because of their reaction to being nominated. It was childish, and throwing water on another housemate's bed was apelike in its stupidity. Don't make this a sexuality or gender issue. Luke S spends just as much time (if not more) on his appearance and he's not hated.

Also Luke S forgot about him, hes a great example of a man who obviously looks after his appearance and d'ya know what probably is a bit vain actually, but it isnt in your face and hes quite humble and not cocky.

Where? He gets it for being arrogant and conniving, but he's not the one who memorized the location of every mirror the first day. Nobody had issues with Benedict. There are plenty of criticisms of Conor, but vanity in the sense that he thinks he's gorgeous is not one of them. The only one who gets that comment is Arron, because the only one that comment applies to is Arron.

Anybody would tell you that good looking males normally get a free pass... see Jay from last year... JJ BB11... sometimes their ****ty (pardon the pun, Jay) behaviour often goes ignored as their looks work in their favour.

good looking guys only get a free pass if they sit there like good boys and dont offer an opinion on anything....once they offer opinions they get called cocky and arrogant and vain...jay was a rough diamond and certainly not necessarily your standard good looking guy....yes he was fit and all that but not quite as pretty as aaron...im a straight guy and even I know that.
