They set Adam up allowing his private thoughts regarding HM's shown.... but why didnt they show his comments regarding Ashleigh....total 'cop out'....
Let Ashleigh see him for what he really is...:nono:

I think the moment has passed, so I don't think bb will mention it again.

But I bet Brian can't wait to show her the clip in her eviction interview

Its a totally different situation. Adams was in a task that potentially could have seen anyone picked by the other HMs, it was totally random who ended up being shown and couldnt be predicted by BB. As were the questions they chose to ask him.

Were as Luke's was a direct targeting by the BB production team. I actually dont like Luke much at all but thought the bit were they probed him about Ashleigh bordered on being really unfair. BB have never done that before to anyone on any series.

I believe BB have done enough, Luke S knows the public have seen his hypocritcal comments hence the backtracking speech in the DR...he was pretty much squirming when Ashleigh was speaking to him in the garden about their "relationship"....the threat of BB playing his converation with the Agent to the house will hang over him now, and he also knows he has to be careful how he is with Ashleigh as the public will be be watching him closely... ....so again another great move on the producers behalf imo.

Ahem, BB can do whatever they like, and they chose Luke to test the depth of his "relationship", if it was as deep and meaningful as he argued (with Deana) that it was he could have come out with major brownie points, as it is he has been shown up for the liar he is.

Preach sista Rustic!! I agree he got off lightly, but is paranoid as hell.

True, they should do it for Ashleigh and if she's fine with it then so be it but she should really know what's going on, both Shievonne and Sara have said that she seems to actually like him and she could end up really heart broken after she's evicted and sees that footage, only thing that makes me happy about this situation is that at least we (the public) know the truth from Luke S own mouth so his chances of winning the show are gone now.

Yes, one less twit to worry about

Firstly, I think if Luke S watched any of the series last year at all he was really foolish to accept it was all genuine, the rule is no contact with the outside world so no way would BB have people come in to offer deals or anything,I was really surprised he didn't think of that because if he had seen the Anton farce last year with his record in the charts, alarm bells should have been ringing non-stop.

Perhaps to balance things, if they were to show his conversation to the housemates or to Ashleigh only, instead of just baying for Luke S blood on this issue, they should also show the housemates or Luke S only, the conversations Ashleigh has had with others and in particular Conor where she casts many doubts on the relationship too saying they have nothing in common and she doesn't feel like he does.

It seems possible to me that both of them are using a romance in the house for to be different from the others, both have clearly watched BB before so know romances in the house get good airtime.

Luke S was a good housemate before he latched on to Ashleigh, when he is not with her,he is really good again, it wouldn't be a bad thing if they were split up because she,in my view, holds him back from really getting going in the house as the entertaining housemate he is at times, and she was as dull as dishwater until she latched on to Luke S anyway.

I actually think, not much between them as to this relationship but that Ashleigh would have more to fear from her conversations about their relationship and the things she has said, as to it being shown than he has for a comment of maybe preferring to be on The Bachelor over a big wedding photo farce and saying that it 'may' not last on the outside.
It may not last outside,it likely won't so he was in effect just being honest in my view.

Petershaw1984 16-07-2012 08:32 AM

They should show her the clip whilst she is in there..... and throw in her ex or someone she knows

Petershaw1984 16-07-2012 08:32 AM

For a day or two

kistar 16-07-2012 11:10 AM

She needs to know really , otherwise she is going to feel such an idiot when she gets out.

Kizzy 16-07-2012 11:16 AM

Ashliegh respects adams honesty, I too think BBneeds to let ash know about lukes thoughts on the relationship. Shiv has said she feels ash thinks it's real, its cruel to let her carry on under the impression he has feelings for her.

BJ 16-07-2012 12:20 PM

In the HL show Ashleigh and Conor were talking together and laughing about the photos of Luke. IMO she was showing little regard to Luke's feelings by talking and laughing about him behind his back.

I think she and Luke are both users

I do dislike Ashleigh but theres a difference between being in the relationship for 5 days & 5 weeks.. Also Ashleigh was more insecure, Luke S made it clear its not gunna work & he finds her annoying

Yeah when she first went in the house she said she didnt really want a relationship because she had been hurt in the past, finding out Luke isnt really that in to her will really upset her and to know we all knew before her will make her feel a proper mug.

Surely BB have to tell her at some point.

Last year Faye was really concerned that Aaron was doing this to her , no one wants to look stupid .

Autastic 17-07-2012 11:32 PM

Luke S is not to be trusted, not just for that instance, but do you remember when Ash dressed up as a man? I was stunned by Luke S's reaction to this.

A normal boyfriend would have laughed, but what did he do? He was furious, embarrassed and he ignored her!

This made me wonder if he had only hooked up with her to show off to his mates back home.

And now she was no longer "pretty" (and I use the word loosely) he was totally embarrassed.

I thought that was very revealing indeed, and showed him up for the insecure w@nker he really is.
