Can anyone explain to me whats happening with players etc i dont get that they have had a transfer ban but yet will still compete in league 3 . Will they have to use the teenage teams? Also i wonder if they will sell out the stadium still.

Scottish division 3 must be the equivlent of englands conference north/south so i imagine rangers if they use their kids will probabky steam roll the league.
Also will a few die hard rangers fans who are players stay?
