Such a nice bloke!

Last night Adam said to Luke A that he cherishes the ones he loves and floods the ones he doesn't like with a whole lot of love
I thought this was lovely no wonder he's doing so well
I think he could be a winner , well deserves to get in the final any imho

what do you think?

Marcus. 22-07-2012 03:52 PM

i like adam

coolface 22-07-2012 03:53 PM

he should win

cassieparis 22-07-2012 03:55 PM

I think Adam is a good bloke maybe stretching to very nice bloke.
I am wary that other h/ms agreed with Sara's most smelly comment
Also some female h/ms have made vague comments about lechery but this could all just come from labelling maybe started by Caroline when she was on her anti Adam campaign

Easily the nicest person in the house (with some competition from Sara).

nice guy probably will win . but the only problem i have is he is playing the game he is constantly thinking never says much without thinking first. as he told luke a wasnt very tactical to argue.
its agame but dont sacrifice your morals to win it i say, i think to win he needs to speak up and gain respect not just sit back and be sneaky. laurens gone he says they are awful human beings which they are so time to fight back not sit n watch them pick of your mates.

I love Adam, but still prefer Deana to win, he is my second fave now that Lauren has gone.

I agree, but adams gameplan is to get along with everybody. He talks to everyone in the house and hangs out with them too. this is how he is avoiding nominations.

How can he fight back though? Other than put his own neck on the nomination chopping block. He can only advice and then after that surely it is every housemate for themselves if they want to reach the final for a shot at the prize money.

To say the piece in bold, surely that goes for all of them then? not just Adam. From reading BB forums, Adam seems a lovely bloke and voters will see that.

yeah and thats why he flipped out when they said he'd be up after deana lol.
he has a plan no doubt and its working but there comes a time to stand up n be counted. like luke a did as he cant be that naive to think it will work for much longer they are running out of people to nom lol
the viewers will save him anyway .

lots of things he could do or say to try and split the group. rather than sit back and wait to be picked of. deana stood her ground and was loved for it. luke a gained some repect doin the same. i'd like to see adam do something as it does cause divides .

Adam has 2 very serious advantages over the rest of the house - the first is that he's not trying to get famous. He's a drug and alcohol counselor and wants to continue to be one, and in the meantime has a much better grasp on coping techniques than anyone else in the house, because teaching them is what he does for a living.

Second is his gang/prison background. He's had to navigate high-pressure group dynamics where the stakes were far higher than any of the fame*****s in that house could ever hope to match. The simple fact that he's not dead proves he's astute enough to read a situation and figure out what his own best course of action is to handle it.

In a way, in terms of coping with the stress of it all, it's almost unfair to the rest that he's there. Kind of like casting a SWAT team member on a show like Fear Factor.

Even not watching the show, just reading posts, I think what I like about Adam is that he has tried to turn his life around realising the path he was on and going, and now tries to help others, which I find is good to try and get his life back on track that way :) I have no idea if he had a tough upbringing at all, but if so, then to overcome such odds now and try and help others is the way to go. I know what he does outside the house shouldn't reflect his likeabilty or dislikeabilty in the BB house. But even so he does seem an ok person in the BB house if the posts on BB forums are anything to go by.
