What have C5 got right and wrong?

What Ch5 have got right.

1. Being a vote to save.
2. Not adding loads of newcomers to the series.

What Ch5 have got wrong.

1. No Live Feed.
2. Turning BB into TOWIE.
3. The Housemates seem to be cast more on looks instead of how entertaining they are suppose to be.
4. BB's punishments stink, they need to be more evil instead of oh for talking nominations for your billionth time we will take the hot water away.
5. The housemates are two dimensional as you have one year where they are all in love, or you have a year where they all detest each other, the latter being more entertaining of course but we do need a bit of a mix.
6. FB voting, yes it helped Aaron win BB12 but I suspect that Ch5 could go on Facebook and vote for who they want to stay which makes the publics opinions and voting pointless.
7. The gay contestants that they are putting in are very creepy and weaselly, who remembers gay contestants like Dan and Marco from BB5? we need Housemates like those again.
8. Vote to save needs to have 3 or more up for the vote everyweek otherwise the system is useless.

I'm not a great fan of adding 2 or 3 new housemates 3 weeks into the show, but if a series is starting to turn into a snoozefest then its a good way to shake up the house and inject a bit of life. Usually the new housemates are allowed to win and therefore straight away you have the original housemates a bit peeved and the new HM have to work really hard at "fitting" into the House. More often than not they form a group amongst themselves or join with one of the groups already established, either way it can refresh a series that is seriously going down the pan.

What I did object to in this current series was the timing of adding 1 new housemate after evicting 1 HM after only a few days. Also the unfair and unjust way in which that HM (Victoria) was evicted ie nominated for no reason and evicted by a public who hadn't really had time to see how she blended into the house was ill conceived, badly thought out and downright unfair, if I had been Victoria I would have waited until Friday Afternoon and then walked......!!!!!!!

This. I completely agree with everything, aside from the comment about not having any late arrivals.

Totally agree with all of the above but would also add to list of BIG MISTAKES - letting them talk about nominations at the start as thats whats cocked this series up from day 1 . Not at all impressed with the way producers have been bias towards certain dick heads/dick headesses !!

I loved the nomination talk in the first few weeks, its really set the series as a massive game. They should do it again next series BUT they need to be stricter once the rule change reverses - 1 nomination added to their total each time!!
