The RSPCA's Radcliffe-on-Trent shelter is holding an open day next Saturday.

Dan, a finalist in Big Brother 2004, is opening the event, which includes stalls and entertainment, face-painting, as well as a dog show.

Birds of prey and police dogs will also be there.

The open day takes place at the shelter on Saturday from 11am to 4pm.....
