Don't worry about it mate!

The reason someone said something was not because of what you wrote, it was because of how it looked.

Talking in capitals on forums is considered shouting, and if you are talking to someone in a reply it may look as if you were shouting at them...

I have noticed you use caps a lot, and thats the impression I got when reading your posts, although thats probably not how you meant it

Whoever reported you probably thought the same as me when reading your posts...

Although there is a reason why it is hard to read Caps as the folowing diagram demonstrates

We read shapes, so lowercase words will have different shapes, which is what the eye picks up. Caps however are al the same shape, so harder to read.

Also using caps all the time is considered to be shouting.

Personally, ROB I had no objection to making the Avatars become massive especially when it gave an extra big version of your new one. Love it by the way.
