Is Deana selfish in wanting to detox on healthy food?

Deana wanted to order chicken and brocolli this week, complaining that she had to survive on chocolate all week. Luke and Adam saw this as being a tit for tat response and were more worried about how they would look to the rest.

Personally, I would have gone for a very healthy shopping list of salads, white meat and plenty of greens. Some people in the house treat their bodies like temples whilst others more like delapidated hay barns. There is nothing wrong with wanting to be healthy and if Becky is in there after Friday, a salad diet would do her the world of good.

Kizzy 03-08-2012 10:28 AM

Yep, she should have done it, and chuck all beckys stash of crap away too hehehe

kistar 03-08-2012 10:30 AM

Yes Deana is very selfish.

Halfwit 03-08-2012 10:32 AM

i like all of them (adam, luke a and deana) and it would have been great for adam and luke a to give up on some tobacco (for them) to get deana some healthy food. i disagree with deana tho on cutting the light tobacco for ash and scott, i'm not a bible guy but i prefer the jesus way of life than the eye for an eye god of the old testament and she needs to get rid of that attitude imo.

Of course she's selfish! She's not the only one in there! Why not compromise and get a mix of healthy food and some chocolate ? :nono:

armand.kay 03-08-2012 10:35 AM

She was joking about the whole thing and adam once again overreacted.

It doesn't matter. Why should the housemates order only what Deana likes? :conf:

I think the shopping list has to be done together. They all have to agree on what goes in it.

and we have seen how that works last week ... again, i don't agree with deana but after a week of nothing but chocolate, thanks to not only caroline but ash, becky, conor and luke s as well why is it out of the question to order some healthy food?

it's not like becky thought of the other hms last week by hiding a bunch of food under her bed....

G1dds 03-08-2012 10:51 AM

No, I think Deana should have ordered healthy food, although not just chicken and broccoli. If I had been in the house, I would definitely gone for a healthy shopping list - not ****e like chicken nug nugs. I would have also hauled Luke A's ass over tj the kitchen to start cooking healthy food :)

I think they should order healthy food and some treats for who wants it.

I'm not trolling. Let's just agree to disagree here.

cassieparis 03-08-2012 12:00 PM

Deana shares her desire with her friends to gauge their wants and she is selfish how?

Gizmo 03-08-2012 12:13 PM

I think there should be a range of food so everyone is happy. So yes, it would be selfish for Deana to order just want she wants. Tit for tat would backfire on her, it's not the outsiders style to get revenge.

Roy Mars III 03-08-2012 12:17 PM

very selfish

Black Dagger 03-08-2012 12:20 PM

She's been forced to live off chocolate for a week because of selfish people.

Why shouldn't she be allowed what she wants?

MTVN 03-08-2012 12:27 PM

Yeah she was being selfish, and then she tried to make poor Adam feel guilty for sticking to his principles

rogerb 03-08-2012 06:39 PM

makes safer, less likely to be eaten by becky if she tastes healthy/
