another welsh winner?
we had the spectacularly boring but nice rachel rice
now the land of my fathers has bestowed upon us another rivetting housemate in luke a they may as well go the full hog mog and send in a choir boy and a welsh monk next year:sleep: |
What's being Welsh got to do with anything ??
There have been a multitude of awful English winners but i don't see you starting a "Another English Winner?" thread just in case Adam or Deana win or a "Another Scottish Winner" thread just in case Sara wins. Just really don't see the point in this thread! |
he's welsh? doesn't have an accent at all

If he wins then he'll follow in the footsteps of the other boring welsh winner

How on earth could he ever have come SECOND ... ? :nono: :wavey: :joker: |
He continues the high Welsh housemate average.
Rachel came 1st. Glyn, Dave and Helen came 2nd. Mario who was half Welsh came 3rd. Imogen made the final week of her series. The only Welsh housemate in BBUK history to not make the Final week was Laura BB8. I don't want Luke A to win but if he does, it would be another one in the bag for Wales! |
Another scouse winner, Luke S following in the footsteps of Craig BB1
|
luke a is welsh?!
lol, didnt know this. |

I had no idea that he is Welsh, it has never been mentioned in the programme and I haven't noticed it on DS either. Is this because he is classified by the producers and the media as "the trans-gendered one" although they will not say it out loud, so his "Welshness" comes secondary?
If that is the case it is wrong. There has never been a Celt in BB that I was not aware of their origins from the beginning. How terrible for the poor man that he has so unjustly been portrayed as hailing from perfidious Albion. I might just have to vote and support the jealous little toad now. As for those who said "why does it matter" well I'm sure it mattered to you today during the Olympics what country the competitors were from. People like to support others from their own district, village, town, city, country - it is natural and there is nothing wrong with supporting a HM because of it. Unless like Conor they bring their City and Country into disrepute for which they should be condemned without trial and shot at dawn. |
i had no idea
|
He was born in South Africa, raised in Wales, now lives in Flintshire,he has no welsh or south African accent, seems a nice guy and is worthy to be in the final.

aye good week for the welsh, i think they won 3 olympic golds too
|
He's not Welsh :suspect:
That other poster said he was born in South Africa |
At the end of the day, all that really matters is that the Ultimate Housemate is Irish :pat:
