Go back and watch BB1, or BB2, by the time BB3 came around the HM's started to get a bit savvy that there was money to be made.

It would be Good still, you'd have more housemates like Luke A and Adam. However, I like having fame hungry people in there because I love hating housemates.

Underpopulated. The show would have to be under a month because they'd run out of HM's by then.
