I know she came into the house with blonde highlights and then dyed it brown, but it looks lighter again when she left. Was that just as a result of the brown fading out or did she have it lightened again?

It will be the blonde dye (peroxide) coming through the brown. It happened to me when I put brown hair dye over bleached hair.

god knows she looked like a tramp since shes came out though. surely she can do something with her hair. she cant chnage the druggy look but surely the hair can be sorted. ive seen better hair on a scarecrows bum

It looks much better lighter, she looks really plain with mousey brown hair.

She's also been out in the sun a lot.
