It's not under ofcom investigation anymore, the have decided that none of the complaints this year were to be investigated any further.

Victoria thank you for raising the subject in spite of being told not to. I dont tweet so I hope you get to see this. I have been in another thread telling how my neighbours son
visited relatives who live in the same area of Birmingham, he told us how upset Deanas friends & family had been. Conor obviously had no thought for them, yet has complained
about how his girlfriend and family have been perceived. I also think ch5/endemol have been quite insensitive to.

Glad Victoria spoke up for what she believed in.
