Makes me laugh, the vainest female housemates always criticize a vain man, whilst they themselves prune themselves in the mirror all day every day with extensions, false nails/eyelashes, heels, sptray tans, designer clothes, make up etc etc

they attack the good lookers like dale, or stuart or the fit bods like luke s and others...yet the bottom line is loads of women go for the muscle, the fit bod and the guns

yet they havent the guts to admit it

at least the blokes admit what they like

I think what they find strange is the excess femenisim in those men, not the fact that they take care of themselves. It freaks me out to see a man behave so womanly, women are generally attracted to manly men. I for one don't like the pretty boys, because I don't like self absorbed people, and they generally are obcessed with themselves.

I think women like to think they are more discerning than men and men are only ruled by basic instincts. Thus you get these fake surveys in fake mags like Cosmo saying 70% of women think personality is more important in a partner than looks where as with men its only 20%. Each one of those articles is utter bullsheeet. Women are just as shallow as men its just that men will admit it. Men are simply more honest when it comes to things like that.

I like normal guys, not over muscled.. I tend to like tall and thin to medium build. Muscles are not a must.

I can honestly say that personality does it for me over looks... sense of humour is no1 on my list, followed by nice eyes, nice hands and good personal hygiene. I don't like muscles, I prefer skinny guys and I like to be able to have intelligent conversation.

I honestly think that if you were to show a load if guys a photo of a stereotypical "stunner", most of them would say she was hot... if you showed a load if women a photo of some hunk, there'd be very mixed opinions like"oh he hasn't got the right eye colour" it "he just isn't my type" or "hes too tall" etc etc...

I agree that money and power play a part. I have a friend who a millionaire. He a decent looking guy but no Brad Pitt. Its amazing how many women are suddenly interested in him when they see where he lives and what car he drives. This does not make women more discerning or more diverse in their taste. If anything it makes them more basic in what they want from a man. .

If it came to an actual relationship (which I'm still holding out hope for) then yeah, if he was a complete dullard, I'm afraid he'd have to go. He's obviously nice to look at, but that's not enough for me.

I'm being 100% honest! Looks are not important! To be honest, a very average looking man can become super hot in my eyes if he has a good personality and the ability to make me laugh. I quite fancy Peter Kay.

I think power, money and personality are important.. I cant bare a boring person or a man with no knowledge or culture.. Barf!

Personality and humour 70% of attraction for me. I can't really fancy a man unless he has these and that becomes why I like him and not his looks. Nothing less sexy than a man who has no sense of humour.

BB has thrown so many male 'hunks' and the only HM who got a bit of a female following was Aaron last year but he won due to his personality, witticisms and the fact he was the star of the show. BB9 Dale was voted out over drippy Rachel Rice.

Craig BB1 was up for eviction a lot but was considered a dullard until he uncovered Nasty Nick. His win had nothing to do with his gym honed body. BB6 Antony won mainly because he had weak opposition (BB legend Makosi was never going to win) and due to this Craig stalker. BB7 Pete won due to his backstory.
Luke S was treated as a vain joke. Women simply don't go gaga over muscle pretty guys in the same way gay men or 13 year old girls do.

See, I'm not impressed by money or power at all. Maybe I need to be a bit more ambitious or set my goals a bit higher, but I'm awfully happy with my lot. We're not rich by any means, we live in a nice semi detached house and have a decent car and go on nice holidays, but I never think to myself "oh I need a bigger house" or "i wish I had a flashing car" I think love and friendship is more important than having a lit of money. :)

b) he comes across as dull
c) I would never have a one night stand. It's just men using women for sex imo.
