How much do you think about food?
Even though I only eat like once a day (minus the snacks :p) for most of my day I am thinking about food. I watch the food network channel and shows like come dine with me and supersize vs superskinny. I read allot of cook books and I search pictures of food on Google :(.
So is it normal to think about food like all the time or am I just weird? And how much do you think about food? |

Only if i'm hungry or thinking about what meal i'm cooking for dinner :shrug: I don't google images of food for no reason though, seems a bit strange that tbh.

got to be honest talking food can be very boring, especially the types who obsesses over every calorie....i try to eat some fruit and veg potatoes and always eat some meat daily. also been told drinking water 2 to 3 litres is good for you, I never ever meet that target
i eat 1 take away a week, the odd ice cream and 3 or 4 cups of decaff tea im pretty sure my diet needs improving on, but obsessing over it isnt something that interests me im pretty sure |

My rules: -have to wait at least 5 hours to eat since the last time i ate -only allowed to have anything with cheese on it once a day (i love cheese) -take out is only allowed once a week -anything i don't finnish in a sitting goes in the trash, no left-overs (because when i have leftovers, it's too temping to go back to it in a few hours) |
