Has he had facial surgery?
 

I know his hair has changed since Jersy Shore. But looking at old pictures he looks a bit different. Can't put my finger on what exactly. His nose? His eyes - eyebrow lift? Less wrinkles - he looks younger now. :conf:

He looks different and not just younger. Maybe he's plucked his brows but something has changed imo.

Apparently he hasn't. A website says "Changes in The Situation’s appearance likely come from an upgraded workout and more sunless tanning. His haircut has also changed, making his nose appear slightly smaller and his jaw slightly wider." and that no one in the Jersey Shore house has had plastic surgery apart from the fake boobs. So I don't know.
