I am a full blooded male, but her lips (especially the top one) look wrong for the rest of her face. That top lip looks like a mistake.
I don't like her. She's the kind of girl I would give a wide berth to.

Her lips are horrible! Her upper lip doesn't look right and when she's got her mouth closed, its really downturned and miserable looking!

I'm sorry, but I really have it in for her now. Do not like the girl at all!

I think that the shape of her lips makes everything she does feel sexual and that message seems to over ride all the rest of the messages.
