Paprika, Cigarettes & Fillet Steaks! Shopping list
 

Day 15: Fired up by the shopping list
With the shopping list came the age
old house divide, cigarettes or
food. The non-smokers fronted by
Sam and Martin wanted to fill the
fridge with fillet steak and salmon
whereas the puffers led by Coleen,
considered they had more than
enough to eat for the next week
but were well down on smokes.
Echoing our favourite fag fan
Lauren, Coleen said, "If I'd known
cigarettes would be in the budget, I
wouldn’t have given all mine away.
It’s the non-smokers who are
bothering me.
"I wouldn't mind [them not
ordering 'enough' cigarettes] if
there was hardly any food in the
House. There’s 20 loaves of bread,
12 hotdogs. Rump steaks are £15."
She wasn’t finished yet.
"If Sam goes tonight who will cook?
I can cook simple things but I
wouldn’t know what to do with
paprika."
Smokers Julian and Rhian agreed
that they too were foxed by the
purpose of that spice. "Do you just
sprinkle it over?" pondered Rhian.
Danica whined, "The shopping is all
around what Sam wants."
"On Sam’s behalf, she has been
doing the cooking," offered
the Prince leaping to her defence.
"The food has been amazing but it’s
all been domineered over by one
person,” continued our glamour
girl, undeterred. Will she be rolling
her sleeves up and whipping up a
wholesome feast this evening? We
won’t be holding out breath.
Julian mused, "I’ve seen this
conflict before..."
And so have we. If old housemates
are anything to go by, we won’t
have heard the end of it.

They must get enough for food and ciggys surely, they get a lot for the luxury shopping (in bb13) so i imagine the celebs do too.

With a luxury shopping budget everyone should be able to have what they want.

Exactly yes. A basic budget i'd understand but the luxury one it seems silly. Plus surely Coleen a fan of the show would know cigarettes come out of the shopping budget, i found that a strange thing for her to say
