Hypocrisy is The Situation!

Just been checking out this 'Jersey Shore' programme to see what all the hype and forum-love for this 'obviously false Occasional-Table' was all about. And I only had to check with Wikipedia to find the jist of his achievements on that "reality show"....

Sorrentino, an assistant manager of a fitness center in Staten Island, develops an attraction towards Giancola, which does not come into fruition when she becomes interested in fellow castmate Ortiz-Magro.

...Sound familiar ?... jeeze! the unrequited love angle couldn't take the great british public in just like it did with those soppy yanks could it...?

And also , for all of you wholesome, respectable folk that thinks that what Danica does for a living is immoral and negates her eligibility to try and play 'innocent Mikey'....this bit of info is also freely available on good-ol-wiki....

"Sorrentino worked as an exotic dancer in 2004."

....peas in a pod!

Cheers.

How immoral...hahahaha

Vanessa 30-08-2012 01:21 PM

So he was an exotic dancer. How is that immoral? :conf:

Locke. 30-08-2012 01:21 PM

You know people are worried about his popularity when they're resorting to looking up jobs he has done in the past to hate on him :joker:

An exotic dancer isn't immoral. At least not for me. He's not scamming anyone.

Withano 30-08-2012 01:27 PM

Exotic dancers encourage people to give them dollars for a better dance... How is that different to Danica encouraging people to give her gifts for a better "chat"

Its nothing more than genders. People are more than comfortable with men exploiting sexuality (hence Benedict was one of BB13s most loved despite full frontal nudity and penetrative sex scenes) yet Danica has done neither and is hated for doing something close...

People piss me off

His kind of dancing is just as immoral as Danica's ,no matter how you dress it up if it is fair to scream ***** at Miss Thrall, then it is fair to scream ***** at a male stripper!!....

I never said she was a *****. I don't like her, because she's playing with people's feelings. :spin:

I doubt that you are gullible enough to believe that a serial broken-hearted contestant had fallen in love with a sex-industry-goddess in no time at all Vanessa!

Wise up...before the time-share shysters find out where you live. :nono:

cheers.

Nope, I quite liked Danica until about two nights ago.

And in what way am I gullible? He is brilliant on Jersey Shore and has been great on Big Brother. Unlike you I do not particularly care if he is being 100% himself or not as long as he is good to watch.

Me neither! He's entertaining and that's all that matters!

''The situation is that the "The Situation" is no stranger to getting paid to walk around shirtless.

Before Mike Sorrentino, a self-professed "guido" on MTV's "Jersey Shore," battled it out on the dance floor on national television, the 27-year-old tore it up on stage as a member of the "All America Male" exotic dancer group, reports TMZ.com.

Sorrentino, aka "The Situation," worked for the New York and New Jersey-based crew back in 2004. Apparently, fist pumping isn't this Staten Island native's only skill -- he used to give a "great lap dance," a source told the Web site''

A stripper AND a lap dancer eh?...

Channel 5 at 9pm most nights, you should tune in sometime.

Cheers.

Vanessa 30-08-2012 01:53 PM

I don't care what he did in the past. I like him. And by the way, actor Channing Tatum was also a male stripper. He used to dance in gay bars. Apparently it's where he was discovered. :pipe:

I do!...dont know why though, this is the worst big brother ever!...The guests are nothing short of barrel-scrapings!..even Julian is , which is a huge let down!!
And to settle for this awful yanks boring act is to give up on big brother being entertaining altogether !!:nono:

Cheers.

most people who dislike Danica dislike her because of actions in the house, not because of her job, so you and others can stop doing silly threads like these

Yes. My problem with her is that she has a boyfriend, but she's still playing with people's feelings. I don't like that at all! :nono:
