She has blatently influenced noms more than once and now this, it's silly how they punish her. Talking to Mike about noms last night she said 'there's only Coleen left' i bet she forgot he can't nominate.

But it's not the first time for Julie. She's been influencing noms for a while! 'Danica next' for example 'is xxxx playing you i just need a one word answer' on nomination day as another example!
