Here is the thing. Dan is in two alliances. The Quack Pack and the Jenn, Frank and Danielle alliance. He is playing both sides hard. He told Ian beforehand that he is going to use it on Jenn, because he owes it to her. Ian is completely fine with that. The plan is this. Dan and Jenn will vote for Frank to stay and Shane and Joe will vote him out. Ian then gets to vote Frank out.

Joe may be leaving this week thinking about it. Frank is a huge target and is banned from next weeks HOH so Dan may want to keep him in which means Danielle will follow.
