Help Me Diet!
 
Ok so I know a few on here are fitness fanatics and i wish to loose some more weight, could you post tips on good stuff/bad stuff to eat and what I can do myself to shed some pounds?

Go walking and don't eat between meals :)

I eat 5 fruits & loads of veg/meat a day, also cut down on snacks

Start the insanity workout, it's a 60day workout plan. Costs £100 to get all the stuff for it but you can download the majority of it for free

switch to brown rice and pasta and bread, dont eat ready meals even if they say diet,and eat 4 medium sized meals a day :)

the insanity workout is the best. It's pretty crazy though. I try to do at least four times a week

working out is much easier and enjoyable than just not eating as much

eat cereal for breakfast and a small meal in the evening and try to drink water and nothing else but if you can't do that get the no added sugar carbonated stuff and exercise every day it doesn't have to be extreme just a 30 minute walk or something and that is all there is to it bye

swimming is the best exercise imo so maybe join a gym to use the pool idk

i would join a gym but i would probably get banned
