Game Outline to be posted in the next half hour guys. It'll only be a basic outline, we aren't giving too much away at this stage.

Game Outline.

You are playing to be hired for the following job.

"TiBB Public Relations Officer"

Brief Job Description

For the purposes of the game*, the successful candidate would work alongside the Mod Team and Admin to promote, develop and improve upon the wondrous creation that is TiBB.

You would work on advertising campaigns to both promote the forum and attract Advertisers to the site to bring in revenue (income). You would work as a team to to come up with fresh new ideas and implement necessary changes.

Role requirements.

Versatile, able to work equally well as part of a team, and on own initiative.
Imaginative and creative.
Disciplined, well organised and hardworking.
Ability to get along with people and persuade them to do what you want. :D

The tasks set during the game will test all of the above requirements in various ways. Give them your all, we will be watching.....

There will be mostly team tasks, although if you get to the final, you're on your own Heheh.

There will be a judging panel for tasks. Further info on that at a later date.

You will be playing in two teams. The first four tasks will result in a double elimination, one candidate from each team will be fired. This is to keep team numbers equal. After this teams will merge into one for the rest of the game, and eliminations will be singles.

The Eliminations

More details on how exactly the Eliminations are decided will be revealed in due course.....

Team Rooms

Your team will have a private room (like in the pub quiz) where you can confer and work together. Pay attention to who doesn't pull their weight, the panel will take your opinions into consideration when deciding who to fire!

You will choose a name for your own team amongst yourselves. Either Mollie or myself will have access to your team room, so we can observe you and report back to the rest of the panel.

The panel will comprise 5 people, including myself and Mollie, going with an odd number so there will not be any tiebreaks to resolve :hugesmile:

The Final.
The candidates that make the final will be subject to a gruelling interview. :devil:
Spin Off Show.

There will be a spin off show "You're Fired" hosted by Jarroddaniel1. All fired contestants will be interviewed in this show.

Only watched one series and that was the one with the great Dennis Rodman on, I'd like to think I'd be almost as great as him on it
