Name this toy?

They were like...beanbags with faces on them. And when you threw them off a wall or something they made a noise, like a burp or fart or something. Had one when I was about 15 so like 10 years ago...

I want to get my sister one for her birthday, but cant think what they are called, and just searching 'burping beanbag' and the likes is not working at all :bored:

Sounds very much like Action Man

you couldn't ride down a giant hill on K'nex. You could actually build a real Cart with Pipeworks though.

Can't beat Legos

lostalex 04-10-2012 04:38 PM

i wish i could help you but they prolly weren't sold in the USA. Yu guys had action man, we had G.I. Joe, you had Cindy, we had Barbie.

UK toys were very different.

Vicky. 04-10-2012 04:53 PM

I would never even have thought of them if my bloody sister hadnt started talking about them at the weekend. We used to go caravanning with my grandma and grandad, and at bed time we would throw our toys at each other and it always got us in trouble because my grandma thought the toys were 'rude' and all they could hear was 'bang, burrrrrp' :D

Adele Wigglesworthit 04-10-2012 05:01 PM

Sounds like a cheap piece of tatt you'd get from a market, you should get your sister a real present!

Vicky. 04-10-2012 05:04 PM

Nope, not giggles :(

And yes adele, thanks for that. I will be getting her a 'real' present, however in my family we tend to give stuff for fun memories too...for example on my 18th birthday my mum and dad got me a game called 'dream phone' which I had been obsessed with when I was a kid along with a lovely ring and £250 cash.

its the fact they played with them as a child not how much they cost.
some people know the price of everything and the value of nothing!

Try Toymaster or Toys R Us, I think they used to have them in the baskets there. Also even some corner shops had them.

In my family we thought it was distasteful to talk about how much money we got off poeple for birthdays, but each to their own.

-Is puzzled why Adele isn't permbanned-

Vicky. 04-10-2012 05:11 PM

I shall cry myself to sleep tonight, in the knowledge that the family of an internet troll would disapprove of my posts :(

Adele Wigglesworthit 04-10-2012 05:12 PM
