new burglary law - is it a Con ? party election winner ?
new burglary law - is it a CON ? party election winner ? 09.10.12
thank you David Cameron, it was a GMTV with no snobbery, not often am i impressed, but fantastic are your policy's on robbery. for way to long now, the law has been favoring the criminal, the rights of the house holder will be better protected, even if there force is not minimal. David Cameron i praise, even if you are robbing the welfare vulnerable, put this aside, your robbery views make you very honorable. this will have double effect, it will firstly deter, secondly it will put the responsibility on the criminal, no more rights can they transfer. well done David Cameron, the less well off please carry on robbing, you are just as guilty as a burglar, the death of the "Con" party won't leave me sobbing. ( on one hand i agree with David C and his views on protecting your house and family against a robbery in a burglary and you being able to use what every force you want as after all - they entered your house BUT i don't agree with him robbing the most venerable in society with all these cuts as they are massively unjust and by allowing the rich to pay no higher tax on the wealth is just madness - but i can see where his priority's lie and this is why i have gone off the conservative party. but what do you think about David C and this new ruling on burglary ?) |
I think it an good idea because you need to protect you home
|
i prefer this conservative lot to the last lot of new labour who bankrupted the nation
worse still the last lot interfered in everyones business, endless stealth taxes, cctv cameras, overpaid useless civil servants , red tape on business etc this lot are useless but at least they will leave the public alone more than litigious labour, whose clueless valueless moral free nation went to wars on lies, created 10 million workless chavs and left us owing 9 trillion dollars (second highest debt in the world) they were worse than thatcher |

I think all parties are moving to this anyway, it isn't an election winner and far more detail as to how far anyone could be permitted to go needs to be firmly and clearly outlined.
I think people have the right to protect themselves and their homes but this policy is very weak on detail. No, it isn't an election winner, real investment in and to the Police and also regaining support from the Police generally is what this Govt needs to do,rarely has a Govt been so at odds with the Police as this one is at present. |
Tories in property and assets related legislation shocker.
|
legislation already exists in relation to proportional force...
With all the other more pressing issues facing this country, to fixate on this and abortion at the tory party conference is pathetic. great topic joe =) |
like all politicians since thatcher, no one has tackled the big issues, theyve just trimmed around the edges with trivial nonsense like fox hunting for 5 years....or as the old cliches go, theyve just rearranged the deckchairs on the titanic...or nero fiddled as rome burned....dave cameron came on jonathon ross 3 years ago talking about how he wanted to fight for female millionairesses like serena williams to get equal prize money? what a fckwit
