Jade Ellis, The darkhorse in the competition?

I think she is and will go far :xyxwave:

Roy Mars III 13-10-2012 11:04 PM

a bit racist

GypsyGoth 13-10-2012 11:04 PM

a bit horsist

Locke. 13-10-2012 11:06 PM

No, decent enough singer but she doesn't really stand out. Week 5 max.

Apple202 13-10-2012 11:08 PM

I wouldn't even call her an underdog anymore tbh. She's a definite contendor.

Jordan. 13-10-2012 11:09 PM

Undecided yet, she has to keep up the good performances if she wants to do a Little Mix.

Maia 13-10-2012 11:09 PM

I hope so, really quite like her

i Hope so :D

Jords 13-10-2012 11:39 PM

Think she could be, as long as she has enough support now to get her through another 3 or so weeks.

Flamingjoe 14-10-2012 08:57 AM

I'm not sure at the moment.

Marc 14-10-2012 09:20 AM

I don't think she's up there with Ella, Jahmene, James, UnionJ but she could stay a few more weeks. Would be a crime if she leaves before some of the other acts but that's what's happening this season so whatever :hmph:

Petershaw1984 14-10-2012 09:37 AM

she hasnt got a chance. the public would never vote for her....... for 1 shes gay and the british public arent accepting of that just yet. which is wrong..... i like her voice though

Marc 14-10-2012 09:39 AM

She's gay?

Petershaw1984 14-10-2012 09:50 AM

yup

Jamie585 14-10-2012 12:18 PM

Why would someones sexuality make people dislike them? I think she's really respected, whether she's gay or not, doesn't matter.

Petershaw1984 14-10-2012 12:22 PM

the public decide mate not just you and me..... in the gay comunity she is respected for being out and on tv but the simple fans of x factor such as working class peeps dont seem to like the "gays" im from a working class background and am far from homophobic but my parents and people like them dont want to see it flaunted in their face even though its wrong to live i the dark ages unfortubatley we are still there in some aspects

Jamie585 14-10-2012 12:24 PM

I think people will hopefully judge her on her talent! Lucy is the same, she has a large fan base, i think she'll be fine for at least 5 weeks

Petershaw1984 14-10-2012 12:26 PM

i think lucy will last longer..... jade will be out this week or next for me

Jamie585 14-10-2012 12:27 PM

Really? i think she'll be fine this week, there are people who were a lot worse than her yesterday, i think she's in it for the long run

MTVN 14-10-2012 12:30 PM

I doubt her sexuality will make any difference, Will Young won Pop Idol and ok so he only officially came out afterwards but it had been rumoured before and it never affected his success which will have been down to the same people who watched the show, and that was a good 10 years ago now. It's not that big a deal in these shows really, especially after Joe McElderry also came out and you've got the guy in Union J and Lucy also being gay

Petershaw1984 14-10-2012 12:47 PM

i agree with what your saying mtvn however there isnt many if any out lesbians that are succesfull...... jessie j even has to hide her sexuallity fro fear of losing her audience

BigBrotherfan4ever 14-10-2012 12:55 PM

I think Jade is much better than people give her credit, I think she is definatly the dark horse this year of the competition.
