What is our opinion of him?
 

He is not popular on DS because he read the site and slagged them off:joker:, in general he seems to divide opinion but I quite like his style and there is not much to choose from this year in terms of stand out quality IMO.

i think he is a bit overated we will see if he gets a record deal afterwards.
i would like to see him not trying to scream it out when he sings
i would like to see all of them stripped back with no backing tracks or dancers
and hear them sing.

I have really enjoyed his performances these last 2 weeks,this weekend he was the best on the night.
I wasn't keen on him from the auditions and boot camp or at Judges houses but he is delivering on the 'live' shows.

He's a good singer.

But utterly unlikeable, plus I like acts who come across as endearing, he's a miserable *******, would like him a lot more if he smiled. Saturday was a joke 'JAMES, YOU DESERVE A RECORD CONTRACT' -dead faced' 'cheers louis' URGH.

Terrible is the only word.

His got a good voice but I think his not getting the right song choices.

I actually love him, he's my new favourite. Though he was on par with Carolynne. Just think he's amazing

He could be nervous though or very shy and not used to amazing comments, tbh I would be all shy and quiet if people were showering me with comments like that.

Boring person, but has a nice voice. Sounds a bit like James Morrison I think. Wouldn't mind if he won.

He's very talented and I love his voice but his personality not so much. I think he'll go far on the strength of his talent though.

He just seems very ponderous and awkward and charmless. But I agree he's got a great recording voice and is talented. I think he may come out of himself as the contest goes on. He'll make an album, def - and I'd buy it.

I think he's talented, he's one of the few that could have a career in music after this XF.

Shaun pointed it out in another thread, I think the big problem is he hates being on the show but it's the only way he'll finally get recognised. He isn't particularly suited for the show really
