Cant face much more Lucy Spraggan
 

If theres one thing I like less than one of her own songs its a Lucy Spraggan cover version.Her attempt at "Golddigga" was a crime against music.And those annoying originals that she thinks are clever observations on life-"I met an 83 year old woman on the tube.She'd been to the Taj Mahal,Australia and the Great Wall of China.She drak cider,tequilla,wkd then had some tea and toast." Enough!!

Should never have been picked after her apalling rendition of "I will Always love You." Why did they say that was good on Sat nite-lies.

She's original and GOOD at what she does, why else would she still be there?

This. Lucy is an amazing talent, but I had reservations about her being picked, just because she's so original and better at performing her own stuff, she seems out of place on the show, and I think she'll make it regardless of not winning (don't think she will).

I'll be glad for her not to win tbh, because to lock her into a contract where she gets told what to sing, and be manufactured, well it could ruin her.

The novelty will fast wear off, I expect her to be shown the door by week 5

I think she's good at what she does, but she should be on BGT instead of TXF, and her version of Gold Digger was not in the same league as Kanye West's or Aiden's.

She'll get 4th or 5th, And probably sell the most records after the show, because she is so original

Best cover of Gold Digger I've heard, but obviously no one should be comparing it to the superior original.

She is terrible. I'm not even that interested in this series but she still manages to go down as my least favourite person ever on the show.

Even just looking at her is enough without that terrible singing voice and watching her kill some of my favourite songs.

She'll get to around the quarter/semi final, solely because there are so many awful ones who deserve to go before her. Yes I'm looking at you Chris, Kye, James, Jahmene, MK1, D3 and Union J. Anyone left? Oh yes, Rylan.

I liked her at the auditions but didn't care for her performance at Judges houses.

Sadly she is getting lost in the X Factor themed weeks and it will get worse. I found her performance just like all her others on Saturday really and to be honest found it boring.
I was thinking if this was a CD I had on of her, after likely 3 tracks I would be changing it.

Original she is but only likely as a one trick pony unfortunately it seems,which is fine now and then but not continuously with every song she does.
She isn't now someone I would miss from X Factor and really as has been said above,if she did win it, the first album would have no credibility as to her really and would likely spoil her chances of real success rather than enhance them.

Really? I think she's fantastic! I love her. She writes her own songs and can sing really well. :cat:

I like her but somehow to me, Lucy and the X Factor aren't compatible, she is original as I said and I would buy some of her work but each perfomance to me now of her, just seems like the last one.
No doubt she can sing though.

I really like Lucy. I love her musical style and her ability to write her own material which is very hippy I'd say. The judges love her and she's going to keep getting votes each week to stay in but sadly I don't see her winning as I think X-Factor is a complete fix and they want an artist or a group that is going to make them a fortune and hopefully carry on coming up with hits for many years and I don't think that Lucy is that person which is a shame.

She also reminds me of German Eurovision winner, Lena Meyer
