Latest you ever left an essay/assignment?

like before it was due in? i seem to leave it til the night before a lot, which is happening right now and is coincidentally why i made this thread..

all nighters the night before >

Um...does a month later count? I've still got one due in that was meant to be in weeks ago.

I'm the biggest procrastinator going.

I have this thing where I don't feel like something is important unless i'm rushing it. So for me 2-1 night before it's due. Which is bad. It's best to give yourself time to be honest, do all the research at your leisure that way you get the best result you can.

Most the essay's I did last year at Uni I left to the day they were due in to actually write, thanks to good old midnight deadlines

Nah I can challenge you on that.

5am that day, my whole history final assignment at a level

no wonder I failed and became a recluse

Livia 15-10-2012 09:53 PM

As late as it was possible to leave it. I like a deadline, me.

Actually I remember when I left a 6 week Science project in Y5 (we're talking a good 10, 20 pages) to the last night before it was due without having done anything...yeah...suffice to say the grade was practically non-existent.

I often do it straight away when given, sometimes even directly after the lesson finishes. Like to get things over and done with. If it's a really difficult essay though I would leave it a bit late but never last minute.

King Gizzard 15-10-2012 10:06 PM

The corrupted file on memory stick when taking it in for teacher to print trick works a treat

Maia 15-10-2012 10:06 PM

Literally have left it til like minutes before in the past...nowadays though I get it finished well before then I just use the extra time to give it some finishing touches

Iceman 15-10-2012 10:10 PM

just finished one due for tomorrow, if its good they'll send me to Holland for 3 weeks on a work placement....

Mollie just to let you know I am taking your title as a compliment to myself x

Doogle 15-10-2012 10:12 PM

Just did my first draft for my coursework the night before.

I do try to get my essays done asap. Normally if I have frees (I have many this year) I tend to do my essays then - rather then at home.

Marc 16-10-2012 06:54 PM

Pretty much all uni assignments are done the night before or at least finished the night before!

reece(: 16-10-2012 06:57 PM

Like the night before, I have more urge to do it and am more concentrated.

Marcus. 16-10-2012 07:06 PM

on that day
