Are you religious?

I am not and do not believe in any God:).

Roy Mars III 22-10-2012 04:14 PM

not really

King Gizzard 22-10-2012 04:17 PM

Come from a Christian family on both sides, I'm not strict myself

arista 22-10-2012 04:19 PM

No there is No God

There is Another Planet like Earth in Another Universe

They also have No God

Vicky. 22-10-2012 04:28 PM

I was raised a Catholic but as I grew older I've become more and more disenchanted with the Church to the point where I now refuse to be a part of it.

I like to consider myself a Christian, but I have this massive doubt as to whether there is a God and although I try to tell myself I believe in it, deep down I don't think I do.

Thank you :p

I was christened as a child though and never 'renounced' or anything, not sure if you are meant to.

My baby will be christened too (gav wants it done as his other 3 are christened), but I want as little to do with it as possible. Obviously I will need to be there, but thats as far as it goes for me, gav can arrange it all and that.

Redway 22-10-2012 04:49 PM

No.

I find the majority of religion in general offensive and I don't see the merit in adopting a PC approach to it and telling people that they're obliged to respect it because they fit into someone's beliefs.

Vanessa 22-10-2012 04:51 PM

I do believe in god. It's a great comfort to me when i feel sad. :)

Tom4784 22-10-2012 04:53 PM

There's no way of knowing for sure either way so I waste no time thinking about it.

I think there must be some truth to it. Otherwise how do we explain the universe? Where does it come from ?

MTVN 22-10-2012 04:59 PM

Agnostic, I'm open minded to the posibility of some sort of higher being but don't follow or believe in any religion

Evolution, perhaps? I'm all for there being a possibility that there's some force out there but until I see any real proof for a religious system in general then I'll remain an agnostic.

But I see what you're saying. The idea of evolution is indeed very plain but there's still solid evidence to support it and even if it doesn't sound very err ... intriguing ... I have no reason to doubt it.

InOne 22-10-2012 05:13 PM

Nope.

Maia 22-10-2012 05:13 PM

I am Christian but not strict

I'm very open minded about these things. I think science can't explain everything.

Fair enough and there's a possibility that there's someone there but that doesn't extend to all those horrible religions with outright wicked attitudes to gays and women. :p
