..which decade would you like to return to..and why..?

I'd like to see the 30s, 40s, or 50s. The history of those decades has always been something I've found interesting.

60's.. :amazed:

Hmmm, I say the 40's the resolve of those during the war..
here and abroad.

Sixties for the music mainly but also from all I have seen on TV and heard from others.

Would also like to be able to see the time of Mary Queen of Scots, so the late 1500s too.

Forties... the music, the fashion... the intestinal fortitude of a generation. Fifties... so I could ride around Rome on the back of a Lambretta.

2020, I heard Cricket is popular in that time.

Ermmm, probably the 60's. I'd want to be quite rich though, it would only be glam and wonderful if you had a bob or two to spend.

The 80's. Love the music and the vibes from the decade.

Probably the 60s.....to experience the music scene (obviously it would be rude not to check out the drugs and free love too) :tongue:

Late 40s and 50s.......Ladies fashion. (petticoat :amazed:)

When I was little, I wished I could dress like my elder sisters.
But by the time I was old enough, it was 60s and mini-skirts! :(

60s

90's. Although I would love the 50's, 60's and 70's the 90's still was one of the most relaxed and carefree decades, and probably will be one of the last for a few more decades to come.

40's/50's

The resolve of peeps then, the fashion, the hairstyles, and even some of the music.

I would break the time machine, so y'all would be trapped in the past.

Well my family think I'm a strange one and maybe that is true as I LOVE period drama stuff and the times of the Edwardians and Victorians,I feel really drawn to those eras,I love the clothes the houses etc,but unusually I like the hard working factor of it all,and the fogs,candlelight,lamplight and firelight,my family keep saying I must have been a scullery maid in a former life!!! what do they know,I may have actually been a lady of the manor,lol.Other than this fascination,the 60s,the birth of the Beatles etc,fantasic time musically.
