general views on the weather ? is Mr frost going to kill me ?
 

hit man - Mr Frost is out to get me 01.11.12

no more politics,
because all MP's are lost,
this is a insight into pure evil,
he goes by the name of Mr Frost.
very prevalent in mornings,
and when you go to sleep,
is he in your bed,
for sure in the hall way he does creep.
trying to take control,
eating away at the edges,
even in bed,
you and the duvet he wedges.
scared and frightened,
you cuddle into a ball,
he's taking hold,
your temperature does fall.
a climber of hope,
through the window is light,
Mr Frost is weakened,
he's had the biggest fright.
the flat is warming,
taking control is the yellow,
you now turn on heating,
and feeling mellow.
up and dressed,
to work in the warm is no cost,
the trouble is coming home,
waiting for me is "hit man" Mr Frost.



(hello everyone on this forum. i hope you like the way i have turned my anger at the cold into some what of a joke poem. on a serious note - this hit man Mr Frost will get me one day for sure as i really don't no how i am going to survive this winter as in my little flat it is FREEZING. just wondered is it cold in your home and do you have any suggestions on ways to keep warm ? would be most grateful. ps you don't have to reply in rhyme but it would help.)

Heating costs are a fix, thanks to the big six,
tempratures became polar so many got solar,
but gas gods were angry for a change in the law,
reduced feed in tariffs for rich and for poor!
Cam is our man, we need a good scam,
oil prices down but bills we will slam,
An equal slice of the pie, so a few have to die?
Heat or eat veterans all wondering why?..
Dig out your bedsocks and old thermal vest,
slippers and longjohns its time for a test,
Who can survive against cam and old jack?
the poor and the vulnerable under attack,
To survive the cruel winter dark and long,
we'll take up the challenge the game is E-on!
