A couple have gotten away with having sex outside a restaurant.

Jeremie Calo and Tiffani Lynn Barganier - both aged 32 - were getting physical on top of a restaurant table in Orlando, Florida, not bothered by the presence of parents and children.

The restaurant manager Tom Murphy attempted to intervene at first when the scene was happening on Monday early evening (October 29), reports The Smoking Gun.

However, he was told by Calo that his girlfriend "[couldn't] get up at this time".

Murphy threatened to call the police, demanding the man to "compose himself" and pay the tab. Calo responded by writing "no" on a cheque and attempting to leave without paying.

Calo was arrested by police for defrauding an innkeeper, but the couple avoided charges for their public sex display as all of the witnesses decided not to give statements.

The police report read: "The parents of the young children that observed Calo and Barganier having sex declined to write statements regarding their observations."
