Mayonnaise - love or loathe?

Well?

Jordan. 03-11-2012 05:33 PM

On salad, chips and chicken burgers :amazed:

thesheriff443 03-11-2012 05:34 PM

i can take it or leave it.

Flamingjoe 03-11-2012 05:39 PM

It's ok. I only have it because every time you want to buy a tuna sandwich, it is smothered in mayonnaise.

reece(: 03-11-2012 05:40 PM

I love it but not the one that's all jelly like in the jar - that one's nasty.

Munchkins 03-11-2012 05:58 PM

Ever since my friend said imagine you are eating cum i have been put off for life :((
i like it on the mchicken sandwich though

Ninastar 03-11-2012 06:01 PM

Black Dagger 03-11-2012 06:50 PM

Roy Mars III 03-11-2012 06:51 PM

Me. I Am Salman 03-11-2012 06:53 PM

Only really like it with sandwiches

AnnieK 03-11-2012 07:11 PM

Love it..

SharkAttack 03-11-2012 08:44 PM

Add it in with some Sriracha chili and soy sauce and it becomes delightful.

GypsyGoth 03-11-2012 08:47 PM

It's ok, I'd seldom have it.

Ithinkiloveyoutoo 03-11-2012 09:02 PM

Love it. Egg salad, tuna salad......I love it on chips too, sometimes I think more than ketchup.

But mayo and chips is so much better in France. The apple sauce too

This and sandwiches (but particularly chips). Must be Heinz, though. Hellmans lacks the creamy texture that Heinz has...

As usual your disjointed posts continue to disappoint. Go away.

Ammi 03-11-2012 09:34 PM

...loathe

Josy 03-11-2012 09:41 PM

Its alright but salad cream is better.

joeysteele 03-11-2012 10:26 PM

It's ok but I can easily live without it.

Shaun 03-11-2012 10:36 PM

I prefer salad cream tbh, mayo just gets in the way and is a pointless taste to me. I don't dislike it though.

Mrluvaluva 03-11-2012 11:14 PM

It's gorgeous! On a sandwich. On a chicken burger.....

I think chips taste much better with gravy or curry sauce  than mayo

It's delicious, but it goes off quickly. I only like mayonnaise if it's cold. The mayonnaise that's on most things now isn't really mayonnaise, it's some chemically concocted thing that tastes like mayonnaise. I used to work at a sandwich shop so i know. Real mayonnaise cannot be left at room temperature, it goes off so quickly, but there is a synthetic mayonnaise, called "miracle whip" here in the US, i'm sure it has different names in other countries used by most shops that you can leave out at room temperature, and won't risk food poisoning.

It's not as good as real mayonnaise though.

My favorite sandwich is turkey and swiss on rye, and i can't eat it without real mayonnaise.
